- Advise and partner with senior leaders
- Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent development, coaching, and career progression initiatives
- Drive organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent
- Use HR analytics to inform data-driven decisions and track workforce metrics
- Lead HR projects to strengthen employee experience and company culture
- Support change management as the organisation continues to scale globally
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
- Proven experience managing Employee Relations
- Knowledge of relevant employment law across jurisdictions
- Hands-on use of HRIS and HR analytics tools
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced tech or gaming environments highly regarded
- Superb stakeholder management, change agility and resilience under pressure
- High integrity, exceptional communication and collaboration
