- People Solutions: Partnering with senior management to build and implement HR solutions that align with business goals, driving improvements in talent management, retention, and engagement.
- Advisory & Support: Collaborating with key internal stakeholders, such as Talent Acquisition, Workplace Relations, and Organisational Development, to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Reporting & Metrics: Report on and analyse HR data to provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Performance Management: Support managers in performance management processes including setting and reviewing performance objectives and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Talent Development: Drive succession planning and career development initiatives. Guide managers om employee development programs, coaching ad mentoring to build strong, high performing workforce.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and influence decisions at the executive level.
- Strong planning and analysis skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in performance and people-related initiatives.
- Ability to navigate complex HR challenges, including managing employee relations and driving change initiatives.
- High level of discretion and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build credibility across the organisation.
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Experience: Proven business partnering experience in senior HR roles with focusing on performance management, talent management, and driving organisational change.
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge of HR principles, relevant legislation, and contemporary HR practices.
- Influencing skills: Proven experience in the ability to influence at a senior level, always demonstrating your professionalism and alignment to Linfox values.
