We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Service Leader – Housekeeping to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the control, maintenance, and upkeep of all assigned areas — including guest rooms, corridors, service areas, pantries, and fire stairs. Your leadership will inspire and guide our team of Room Attendants and Housepersons to deliver exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and service consistency.In this role, no two days are the same! Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be responsible for:Security & Procedures: Manage keys, follow privacy and lost-and-found policies, and ensure safety during emergencies.Room & Area Standards: Maintain and inspect rooms, amenities, and service areas to set standards.Team Leadership: Assign, reallocate, and oversee staff duties, conduct, and performance.Maintenance & Reporting: Check rooms, report issues, and ensure prompt repairs.Guest Service: Handle special requests, feedback, and VIP arrangements.Training & Admin: Support training, share updates, and perform admin tasks as needed.About You
  • Passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
  • At least 2-to-3-years' experience as a Room Attendant in a large Hotel
  • Previous experience in a Team Leader role in a hotel housekeeping office or similar.
  • Understanding of workplace practices in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Be available to a work a full-time rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Rights to work in Australia.
