
Housekeeping Services Team Leader

- Supervise and motivate a team of Housekeeping Services Assistants to deliver five-star cleaning and laundry services.
- Manage daily operations including room turnovers, communal area upkeep, and personal linen services.
- Provide training and support to staff, ensuring compliance with WHS, infection control, and food safety protocols.
- Coordinate rosters and workloads, conduct quality audits, and support staff performance and development.
- Liaise with clinical and administrative staff to respond to resident needs promptly and professionally.
- Manage stock levels and supplier relationships to ensure equipment and materials are always ready to go.
- Certificate in Supervisory or Frontline Management, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven background in hotel housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or facility services — aged care or healthcare experience is a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of safe work systems, WH&S, and infection control practices.
- A confident, proactive leadership style with excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- A hands-on approach; you're not afraid to jump in and lead from the front.
