Senior Site Manager - Mega Tower Project

• SITE LEADERSHIP: Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met consistently.

• PROJECT COORDINATION: Collaborate closely with the project management team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows and problem-solve effectively.

• QUALITY CONTROL: Implement rigorous quality standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing issues promptly to maintain superior build standards.

• HEALTH & SAFETY COMPLIANCE: Champion on-site safety, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and fostering a safe working environment for all personnel.

• RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment efficiently, adapting as needed to project demands.

• REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION: Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress updates, and report regularly to senior management.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 15+ years of site management / project management experience, with at least 10 years on high-rise or large-scale projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project delivery frameworks and requirements.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Proven ability to deliver on schedule in high-pressure environments.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
