One of our trusted national clients are have started the search for a Senior Project Manager to take control of the delivery of a multi stage and multi year apartment and mixed used commercial project. Based in the heart of the Gold Coast, you will take control of this project from the beginning, creating your own team.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage high-rise new build project from inception.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
Maintain the fun yet hardworking team culture.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects $100M+.
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
