- Ability to estimate and price professional and managed services requirements, considering business outcomes, customer fit, and Datacom’s capabilities.
- Sound judgement in qualifying opportunities—evaluating customer needs, strategic fit, risks, and the potential for long-term partnerships.

- Lead and contribute to the development of compelling bid responses, articulating business benefits, solution approach, and competitive differentiators.
- Estimate, scope, and price professional and managed services, ensuring proposals are both commercially robust and aligned with customer value.
- Present, discuss, and refine solutions with clients, translating complex technology into actionable business impact.
- Champion new ways of working, leveraging AI and automation throughout the bid process to drive quality, speed, and improved outcomes.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of bid and presales processes, supporting the growth and inclusivity of the team.
