Bachelor of Education: Early Childhood (4 year Course) or equivalent; Child Protection Statement of Attainment from a course approved by the New South Wales Regulatory Authority.
Demonstrated high-level understanding of national regulations and quality standards (and assessment) for education and care services.
Demonstrated ability, or prior experience, developing and implementing operational policies and strategies for an early childhood education service
Leadership and management experience in a child care setting including demonstrated ability to manage performance and provide effective supervision to a large team of staff.
Current first aid certificate and asthma and anaphylaxis management training or willingness to obtain.
