As Online Hub Manager, you'll oversee all sales and customer service activity for our virtual hub, where the majority of our classes take place.You will be primarily providing sales support to assist customers in purchasing services from Dymocks Tutoring, and providing post-sales support (aka customer service) to ensure that our valued customers are always delighted with the service they receive. You'll be the key contact for families enrolling in programs, solving problems, and ensuring every student's experience is smooth and successful.While this role focuses on online operations, in-person support across our Sydney-based hubs will be required.Your key responsibilities will include:Making customer sales callsTaking customer service enquiries, including providing support with enrolments and access to online systemsGeneral administration related to sales and customer serviceCollaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations across all locationsReporting to your Sales managerPrior experience in sales and customer support is essential.What We're Looking For:To be successful in this role, you will have:A passion for salesA track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and fulfilling customer needsGenuine, friendly, vibrant and welcoming personalityExcellent time management and organisational skillsGood written communication skills and a high degree of attention to detailA high level of proficiency using office productivity softwareUnderstanding of the NSW schooling system (primary and/or high school)You will have or need to obtain a current Working with Children Check or equivalentDesirable:Proficiency in English and MandarinLocation:This role will be for our Online hub. You may be required to work within any of our five current hubs: Parramatta, Burwood, Chatswood, Epping, and Hurstville. Each hub is conveniently located within walking distance of its respective train station.While you will have a primary location based on your preference, we anticipate that you will be available to support other hubs as needed.Hours and Remuneration:This role offers a competitive salary package of $65,000-$85,000 (including super), based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses tied to performance.Hours of operation are listed, you will be working 20+ hours a week based on a fixed pattern:Monday to Fridays, 3 pm to 8:30 pmSaturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 6 pmA mix of weekday and weekend e.g. Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday (inclusive)Hours are negotiable: Part time (20 hours per week) to Full time (38 hours per week)This role is covered by the Miscellaneous Award. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses, rewarding strong results and outstanding service.The business operates during school terms on the same hours as it does in term. Leave is generally limited to school holidays and there is a 3 week mandatory shut-down over Christmas.
