Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for vendor performance, relationship management, and operational excellence? We're looking for a Vendor Performance Manager to lead our vendor ecosystem across key accounts, driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. This is a full time role that will be based in Sydney.The Position:As the Vendor Performance Manager, you'll be at the heart of our strategic sourcing and vendor relationship efforts. You'll evaluate and manage partnerships to deliver client objectives, optimise performance, and ensure compliance across a complex vendor landscape. This role is pivotal in shaping service excellence through data-driven insights, performance frameworks, and collaborative leadership.Snapshot of your day:

Develop and deploy vendor performance frameworks aligned to client-endorsed risk matrices
Monitor vendor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and remediation plans
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and support procurement negotiations
Resolve performance-related escalations and foster long-term vendor relationships
Deliver social procurement, sustainability, and innovation initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery

Minimum Criteria:

4+ years in procurement, facilities management, or vendor performance
Strong understanding of contract deliverables and compliance
Proven ability to lead performance frameworks and analytics
Strategic sourcing and negotiation expertise
Risk governance and control framework knowledge
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills
