Within RBS, the Wealth & Private Team is responsible for the full spectrum of a customer’s wealth needs. It comprises teams focussed on wealth creation and wealth protection, ranging from mass market to mass affluent to high-net-worth customer segments.Do work that mattersAs a Senior Product Manager - SMSF Admin & Partnerships, you will be responsible for business planning, managing third party partnerships and delivering initiatives across cross-functional teams within the Bank and the Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) portfolio to grow our customer base. This may include influencing product roadmap & design, managing key partnerships, digital feature delivery, distribution, business development, pricing and policy, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products meet customer needs and risks are managed effectively.On any given day you will;Inform and execute against the SMSF product strategy, objectives, roadmap, and growth opportunities including integration back into the Bank.Liaise with third parties to explore partnership and integration opportunities.Stay on top of external market trends, regulations, and innovations to deliver a market-leading proposition.Own the end-to-end product risk and control environment, including governance, issue identification, escalation, remediation, and regulatory responses.Monitor performance and delivery outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Develop a deep understanding of the consumer needs and segmentation to identify and prioritise new opportunities for growth, enhancing the experience, features and functionality supporting the product vision and improve consumer NPS.Be a key point of contact for our SMSF business partners to manage and enhance the partnership, jointly formulate product roadmaps and strategy, manage workflow, prioritise activities and deliver projects/initiatives.Work collaboratively and consistently with other Senior Managers & Product Owners to simplify and solve complex problems with the objective to grow the product and deliver on the product and digital roadmap within an Agile framework.Use and analyse data insights to grow the products and optimise the customer experience and profitability.We’re interested in hearing from people who have.Product management experience with a strong background & experience working in the SMSF industry, preferably covering SMSF Administrative services.Demonstrated experience in product development / Customer Value Proposition development and managing products across the lifecycle from concept to end of life.Excellent internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills.Excellent time management, organisational and confident presentation skillsExperience in successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects desirable, preferably within the Agile delivery frameworkDomain knowledge in SMSF, and relevant RG146 qualifications (Generic Knowledge and Superannuation) are required.Sound problem solving capability.Advanced commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilityWe operate in a hybrid working environment, meaning a blend between being in the office and working remote.If this sounds like you, apply today!If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through to submit a valid application.
