- Manage customer orders in collaboration with the Sales Team and international colleagues
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Oversee Accounts Receivable processes
- Maintain and reconcile Revenue/Cost of Sales schedules
- Generate variable recurring revenue reports
- Perform month-end processes within strict deadlines
- Support ad hoc invoicing needs (e.g. customer events)
- Manage costs and process expense recharge invoices for customer onsite support
- Provide backup support for other accounts staff during leave
- Ensure compliance with global processes and procedures
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and communicative
