You'll play a key role in maintaining visual and operational excellence, building strong client relationships, and upholding the highest brand standards.Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales performance and exceeding KPIs
Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service
Building lasting client relationships and growing the client database
Upholding the luxury brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
Assisting with training, recruitment, and performance development of team members
Maintaining operational excellence across stock, loss prevention, and administration

What You'll Bring

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to accuracy, client experience, and brand presentation
A genuine love for fashion, unique style, and creativity
Fashion degree or similar education (highly valued) to support in-depth styling and design conversations
Strong retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium fashion
