This is a pivotal role with real impact — you'll help shape the company’s growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and executing a strategic account management plan to retain and grow existing business across Sydney
- Identifying ongoing opportunities within commercial developments, residential builds, and renovation projects
- Strengthening relationships with an established client base and ensuring continued satisfaction
- Maintaining regular contact with builders, architects, developers, and contractors
- Representing the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored tiling solutions
- Offering expert advice on tiling products, design trends, and installation techniques
- Coordinating with internal teams to oversee project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
We’re looking for someone with strong sales and account management experience — ideally within the construction, tiling, or building materials sector. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a senior sales, account management, or client relationship position
- A solid track record of maintaining and growing client accounts
- Strong knowledge of tiling products, installation techniques, and industry trends
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and experience managing long-term client relationships
- Existing industry contacts (especially with builders, architects, and developers) is a big plus
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Technical understanding of tiling or a willingness to learn and stay up to date
