- Configuring HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of payroll.
- Acting as a facilitator and doer — bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.
- Analyse current "As-Is" payroll processes and define "To-Be" future-state solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on payroll compliance, interpretation of Enterprise Agreements (EAs), awards, and legislation, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll outcomes.
- Data migration support between old and new payroll systems.
- Data analysis and reporting to support payroll and finance operations.
- Experience in Preceda and/or Dayforce and proven integration work with Oracle HCM. Alternatively SAP Success Factors or similar experience will be considered.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Agreements, awards, and payroll legislation.
- Strong BA skillset — requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach
