2 x Podiatrists required for regional health service located 2 hours from Adelaide. The role is to start in July/August and will last for 3-6 months + possible extension. Full time hours, Monday – Friday.There are multiple allied health clinicians on the team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Worker, Dietitians and Allied Health Assistants. The role is open to clinicians with a minimum of two years experience. There is also two permanent roles available.There are three possible locations:
  • An iconic wine region
  • Gorgeous beach town
  • Small regional city
The Rural Generalist caseload includes:
  • High risk feet
  • Wound care
  • Outpatients, community and includes outreach and Aboriginal Health support
  • Some inpatients
  • AHP 1 or AHP 2 level role
  • 3 Podiatrists currently on the team, including Clinical Seniors
  • A driving license is required
  • 2 x 3-6 month locums OR
  • 2 x permanent positions
  • FREE accommodation available
  • Car available for weekend use for use in the regional city location only
  • Pool car available for work purposes
Open to AHP 1 and AHP2 level clinicians. Locums rates dependent on experience. ABN also an option.Working in regional Australia offers the chance to work within close knit communities.
