• Workers Compensation.
• CTP claims.
• Industrial common law negligence/liability.

• Associate and Senior Associate 2-10 years' PQE in personal injury, workers comp, CTP or general insurance litigation (defendant experience preferred).
• Strong technical and drafting skills.
• Client-focused approach and strong communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a growing, supportive team.
