- Delivery of operational outcomes such as:
- Management of Support data
- Manage the respective HelpDesk mailbox and tickets
- Internal and external stakeholder liaison
- Preparation of Support quotes
- Coordination of procurement, manufacturing and integration activities.
- Co-ordinate and track external repair and maintenance activities
- Co-ordinate and track freight activities
- Identification and management of risks, issues, mitigations and actions
- Assist with preparation of performance analysis and reporting
- Assist with preparation and management of customer reviews
- Preparation of invoices
- Preparation of Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) if required
- Supervision of staff may be required
- Support to other projects if required.
- Proven experience in assisting with the management of project tasks.
- Proven experience in working with Government Departments.
- Experience with ASDEFCON documentation and requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results by arranging workflow, determining priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to work unsupervised.
- Proven ability to work with technical staff.
- Ability to work proactively with customers and suppliers.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel at an Intermediate level.
- Previous experience on a Defence related project or previous involvement with the Defence Industry.
- An Australian Citizen
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance - NV1.
