- Extensive contemporary experience in Military Joint Operations, Planning, and Joint Collective Training.
- Strong background in constructive simulation applications and data management within a Defence environment.
- Expert proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Demonstrated communication skills bridging technical and operational domains.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an understanding of military capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required to support JCTB initiatives.
- ITIL certification and experience with REDHAT OS is a bonus.

- Lead the management of simulation entity data within JCTB environments, maintaining authoritative data repositories for Joint Synthetic Training Environment (JSTE) and Single Service events.
- Manage, audit, validate, and release Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) enumerations and parametric data to ensure compliance with Defence and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with ADF Capability and Modelling & Simulation stakeholders to enhance synthetic training fidelity.
- Oversee ingestion, review, and approval of baseline data sets and support technical troubleshooting of simulation entity data.
- Deliver guidance and training to upskill simulation staff in data structures and usage, supporting exercise planning and execution.
- Collaborate with relevant ADF Capability and ADF Modelling and Simulation stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with Defence IT Service Management (ITSM) policies and contribute to continuous professional development aligned with JCTB goals.
