As Pharmacist in Charge, you'll oversee day-to-day dispensary operations, lead a friendly and dedicated team, and ensure we’re delivering top-tier healthcare services in line with United Chemists’ professional standards.You’ll be at the forefront of community care – blending traditional values with modern pharmacy tools. About YouYou’re a people-first pharmacist with a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for making a difference. You’re ready to lead, innovate, and empower both your team and your customers.You bring:

Proven experience managing a busy dispensary
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
A love for great customer service and relationship building
The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
Empathy, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset

Must-haves:

Bachelor of Pharmacy and current AHPRA registration
Right to live and work in Australia
Availability to work Sunday–Thursday (negotiable)
Familiarity with FRED Dispense (preferred)
