Client & Location Information Located in the northern Gold Coast with easy access to the M1, this community-focused pharmacy is seeking a capable and proactive Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). The store is part of a supportive network and enjoys a solid script trade, backed by a skilled team including dedicated Technicians.Job Specification: As PIC, you'll oversee daily pharmacy operations, deliver high-quality advice and care, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards. This is a forward-dispensing environment, and you'll work closely with other health professionals to drive professional service programs, particularly in sleep apnoea, diabetes management, mental health, and first aid.The preferred roster covers Thursday to Saturday, but there is flexibility to adjust days depending on your availability. You'll need to be open to sharing opening and closing shifts, with the specific schedule to be discussed during the interview process.Full-time roster is also a possibility if that is your preferred.Skills Required:

Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
Vaccination qualification (highly preferred).
First Aid and CPR certification.
Ability to work independently as the sole Pharmacist on duty.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable using Minfos dispensing system.

Salary & Benefits:

$50/hour plus super (Monday to Friday rate for all hours).
Additional weekend penalty rates.
