Lead Group Financial Reporting Across a Multi-Entity BusinessA fast-growing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their finance leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of group financial reporting, statutory compliance, and consolidation across a complex, multi-entity structure.Working closely with the Group Financial Controller and a capable outsourced finance team, you'll drive robust reporting processes, ensure IFRS compliance, and deliver key insights to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close across multiple entities, ensuring accurate trial balances and timely reporting
- Own the full group consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments
- Prepare quarterly management accounts and board/investor reporting
- Manage the end-to-end statutory reporting and audit process
- Provide technical accounting guidance (IFRS/AASB), especially for complex transactions
- Oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and group policy alignment
- Support cash flow forecasting and treasury processes
- Maintain and optimise financial systems, driving efficiency and scalability
- CA qualified with 5+ years in a senior finance role
- Strong technical accounting and group reporting experience (10+ entities)
- Proven track record leading audits and preparing statutory accounts under IFRS
- Advanced Excel and experience with cloud-based accounting systems
- Confident leader with the ability to manage outsourced teams and engage senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
- Lead and shape the financial reporting function of a growing organisation
- Exposure to cross-border operations and strategic finance initiatives
