Develop and execute category strategies for mining consumables and fixed plant services aligned with business goals and operational needs.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including market analysis, RFx processes, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and award decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, maintenance, and finance to define requirements, identify opportunities, and drive cost reductions.
Conduct spend analysis and supplier research to build a strategic sourcing baseline and inform decision-making.
Manage supplier relationships (SRM) to ensure performance, foster innovation, and maintain continuity of supply.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance frameworks, and ethical sourcing practices.
Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and support contract implementation and lifecycle management.
