Troocoo is partnering with a trusted organisation to recruit multiple experienced Procurement Sourcing Specialists for an initial six month contracts, with strong potential for extension or permanency.These roles will see you play a key part in developing and executing sourcing strategies across a variety of categories, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.Key responsibilities include:

Deliver end-to-end sourcing activity across a variety of categories and projects-based procurement.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive supplier performance improvements.
Support negotiation and contracting processes alongside legal and commercial stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and meet procurement needs.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with internal governance and procurement frameworks.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a Sourcing Specialist or similar procurement/purchasing role.
An understanding of Goods and Services and ICT products, services, and market trends is desirable.
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
