M:0408 109 783 or E:clare.willis@homes.vic.gov.auPosition DetailsTHE ROLEThe Coordination and Project Officer plays a key role in ensuring that administrative processes within the Office of CEO portfolio are managed efficiently and follow best practice. In particular, the role facilitates management of the team inbox, the prompt processing of briefings and correspondence for the CEO and DCEO, allocation of tasks to responsible officers and reporting for the Office of the CEO portfolio.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
  • Provide a range of administrative and corporate support to the Office of the CEO including coordination of high-volume confidential correspondence, emails, briefings and reports.
  • Effectively manage briefings, correspondence, parliamentary matters and enquiry requests for the Office of the CEO, ensuring that they are allocated quickly and appropriately and are finalised in a timely manner.
  • Work within and maintain shared mailboxes to direct and track items to be actioned by the organisation as required.
