With strong problem-solving ability, a service-focused approach, and excellent communication skills, you are committed to delivering responsive, high-quality support while working collaboratively within a team.You will demonstrate:Qualifications in Audio-Visual, IT or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience and training.Knowledge of Audio-Visual technologies and experience supporting AV operations, mobile devices, and IT platforms.Proven skills in providing remote and on-site support, troubleshooting, and escalation.Demonstrated ability to work with clients in a service-oriented role, specifically within an Audio-Visual service management environment.Understanding of IT and data security practices and their application in daily support activities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interpret client needs and document technical processes.Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise tasks, contribute to project teams, and collaborate within a dispersed team.Current Class C Driver’s licence.The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check, etc.You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply.
