This allows us to offer excellent career opportunities for the right candidate.About the Role...We are seeking a Powder Coating Operator to join our team at our Lonsdale site.Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include.
Set up and operate powder coating spray equipment.
Ensure powder coating equipment is maintained and cleaned to the required standard.
Prepare materials to be powder-coated, ensuring proper cleanliness and preparation has been performed before powder-coating application.
Perform inspections, both visual and using a dry film thickness tester, to ensure correct coating quality and standards are achieved.
Manual lifting of up to 20kgs

Have relevant experience in a customer service-focused team and working to schedules/lead times to meet customer demand
Have effective verbal communication skills
Have high attention to detail and accuracy
Be an enthusiastic team player and have the “Can Do” attitude
Have a strong focus on quality and safe work practices
Have proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
