With the large growth of our client, Allstaff Resources are now actively seeking hard working, enthusiastic and reliable Production Workers / Machine Operators for up-coming roles to support manufacturing demands.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a South Australian success story. Located in Lonsdale, our client is Australia's largest air conditioning manufacturer and a global leader in developing ingenious, energy efficient cooling and heating products. They have a strong international presence exporting to more than 100 countries and are constantly expanding their operations which is great news for South Australia. With a permanent contract on offer, these roles offer 40+ hour weeks, Monday to Friday.As these positions are for a brand-new facility, travel to NSW is required for training in your first 2 weeks. You will receive flights, accommodation and a living away from home allowance over this period. Once trained, you will be working out of their new Lonsdale facility.Key Departments/Roles Available:
  • Assembly/Production
  • Machine Operation
  • Sheet Metal/Fabrication
  • Stores/Warehousing
Successful candidates will have some or all of the following:
  • Ability to travel to NSW for training (2-weeks initially)
  • The ability to work 8-hour days, 40+ hours per week (unlimited working rights)
  • Great attitude and reliability
  • Previous Production Experience with a Mechanical Mind - Highly Regarded
  • Sheet Metal/Fabrication Experience - Highly Regarded
