- Ensuring workflow practices and systems are optimal and look toward continual improvement
- Seek innovation and add value to the existing operations
- Manage workflow to assist the team
- Manage KPI’s across the firm and track results to implement improvement if needed
- Preparation of reports to assist with streamlining business practices
- HR duties such as future planning, recruitment and managing staff
- Assisting staff with tasks as needed
- Liaising with external key stakeholders

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years working in a similar role. You will also have:

- Proven history is process and system improvement
