Job Description:We're looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to complement a team motivated by problem-solving and hands-on support in dynamic client environments. This is the perfect role for someone seasoned in Microsoft technologies, infrastructure, and networking who is prepared to tackle senior escalations and contribute to both BAU support and smaller IT projects.As a vital team member, you'll deliver impactful and timely support across diverse technologies while keeping documentation and processes sharp. You'll also play a role in client success by delivering personable, high-quality service and acting as a trusted advisor to end users.Your ProfileThe ideal candidate will embody the MSP mindset: adaptable, technically strong, and dedicated to teamwork to ensure client satisfaction. You have demonstrated career experience resolving complex escalations, working across tech stacks, and assisting with IT deployments. You're capable of addressing a mix of BAU and project responsibilities with enthusiasm and flexibility, coupled with excellent interpersonal communication skills.What is Required From You

Minimum 3+ years' MSP experience
Expertise in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, O365, AD, Exchange, and Azure
Hands-on skills in networking, firewall configuration, backups, troubleshooting
Familiarity with remote monitoring & management (RMM) tools
Ability to handle ticket resolution, technical documentation, and client communication
Proven ability to support mixed SMB and mid-market environments collaboratively
