We know that working together is the only way we can achieve what is necessary for a healthier future.About the roleThe Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) coordinator will work collaboratively with health leaders, professionals and volunteers to implement the evidence-based Hospital Elder Life Program.The HELP program is a comprehensive patient-care program that ensures optimal care for older adults in hospital.About youTo be successful in this role you will possess:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Certificate 4 Training & assessment or working towards
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
  • A strong commitment to high quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the .
