About Our ClientWe're supporting a property development company with an in-house construction arm to appoint an interim HR & Payroll Manager based in Macquarie Park. This is a critical role following a recent departure and offers the opportunity to partner closely with the board and senior leadership team during a period of transition.Job DescriptionInterim assignment for 3 months, with immediate start preferredSplit: ~70% HR and ~30% payrollOversee HR operations including WHS, return to work, onboarding, inductions and policy developmentManage award interpretation and ER matters for employeesAuthorise timesheets and input hours into the HRIS (ELMO) while finance processes payrollThe Successful ApplicantA successful HR & Payroll Manager should have:

Previous experience in payroll processing and HR functions within Australia.
A strong understanding of Australian workplace laws and award agreements.
Proficiency in payroll and HR software systems.
Experience working as HR Business Partner level minimum 2 years
