- Work with the Business Development Managers to identify, target, and develop new relationships within your allocated geographical area.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients within your geographical location.
- Inform and educate referrers on initiatives, procedures, and points of difference.
- Log detailed activity, visits, and relevant commentary to ensure accurate reporting and review of business.
- Manage new clients and ensure a seamless handover to Partnership Success Managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in face-to-face/field-based Sales, Account Management or Business Development preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as required (Essential).
- Proven experience fostering long-term relationships and service with customers and/or clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
- Well-developed verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
