- Experience in dealing with large, disparate datasets and using these data to undertake research activities in an academic environment.
- High level of computer skills, including experience with data analysis tools and visualisation tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Power BI.
- Demonstrated broad experience in leading, motivating and developing a team of professionals to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently to prioritise and delegate tasks to achieve agreed goals within timeframes and to required standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Active team player and excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex information effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Experience working as part of a leadership team, contributing to setting strategic direction, undertaking strategic planning, providing advice and implementing initiatives to deliver on objectives
- Experience in and understanding of the healthcare industry and the higher education sector is desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Proven database and IT management expertise
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
