Currently there is a new opening for a hands-on strategic Business Development executive with a proven history of success and achievement. The role will be responsible for developing and building a new BD team and use existing contacts and relationships to grow existing and new business networks. This will suit a professional who is both confident and resilient and can build partnerships with clients and stakeholders to secure opportunities across a range of businesses from tendering to quoting to working panel arrangements.The opportunity will appeal to a dynamic self-motivated professional who is both persuasive and charismatic and who can successfully close complex deals. Your reputation as a professional business developer covers experience from concept to inception and through the sales cycle with an understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems and forecasting. Your expertise will also include balancing individual drive with strong team collaboration and having a good understanding of market trends.Suitable candidates will have a proven record of exceeding sales / revenue targets and securing high level deals and have covered all aspects of business development and account management, from developing pipelines to harnessing business from existing clients to improve company performance.
