We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple civil projects across regional WA. This is a key leadership role with a well-established contractor known for delivering quality outcomes in earthworks, road construction, infrastructure, and mining services.What's on offer:

$200,000 - $230,000 base salary plus superannuation
Site uplift

The Role:As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, delivery, and financial performance of civil construction projects. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving safety and quality outcomes, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

Lead project teams from tender through to delivery
Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and reporting
Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Mentor and support site-based teams

About You:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction (earthworks, infrastructure, or mining projects)
Strong financial, contractual, and project planning skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Ability to work regionally as required
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (desirable)
