- Executing of project subcontract operations and co-ordination of interface activities in accordance with company and project requirements
- Executing post award subcontract activities during construction phase in the field (where applicable).
- Field administration of all construction and services contracts in accordance with applicable corporate and project requirements, systems, procedures, budgets and schedules.
- Regularly monitoring and reporting of progress of activities for which you are responsible.
- Ensuring the team's regular update of reports/ systems with the required information to allow accurate reporting.
- Escalating any critical issues and risks to the Contracts & Procurement Lead
- Demonstrated experience in industry best practices supply chain principles and techniques.
- Detailed knowledge of suppliers, commercial evaluations, negotiations, terms and conditions of contract and industry forms of subcontract.
- Good experience computer systems (i.e. ERM, SAP)
- Be commercially astute with a “solutions mindset” and sound management of risk, consistent with safety and commercial requirements.
- Be customer-focused with an ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while balancing operational excellence to contribute to the competitive advantage of #teamwood.
