We know that working together is the only way we can achieve what is necessary for a healthier future.About the roleWe are looking for an Associate Midwifery Manager to lead our clinical teams and support our Midwifery Manager in Birth Suite. We are a 6 bed unit with an associated Fetal and Maternal Assessment Center (FMAC). The AMM, together with the Midwifery Manager form the management team responsible for the delivery of high quality, patient centred care, and participate in the efficient operational running of the ward.About youTo be successful in this role you will possess:

Current Midwifery registration with AHPRA
Previous experience in supervisory or CMS role
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
A strong commitment to high quality care
The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Awareness and understanding of National Health Standards and Accreditation standards

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the .
