Lead a high-performing team of Claims Consultants in the Commercial Property space. This is a dynamic leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, provide technical guidance, and drive service excellence.Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of experienced Claims Consultants
Oversee day-to-day operations and act as a technical referral point
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively
Identify and manage disputes and litigation matters
Step in to handle claims when required

About You

Proven experience in Commercial Property Claims, ideally within major loss
Previous leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential
Professional, confident, and service-driven
Passionate about building a long-term career in claims management
