- Managing a portfolio of high valued commercial property claims up to the multimillion-dollar value
- Settling claims and making strategic decisions
- Negotiating with third parties and service providers and ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders
- Training and coaching more junior staff members in the team
- Acting as a technical referral point for junior members in the team
- Extensive experience managing commercial property claims is essential
- A genuine desire to build a long term career in the insurance space
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A true team player who is adaptable when speaking with different stakeholders.
