- Providing outstanding face-to-face customer service
- Supporting new inbound customer enquiries
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming centre
- Contributing to team goals and store performance
- Working a flexible seven-day rotating roster (with your life outside work in mind- no early mornings or late nights).
- Has previous experience in customer service or sales
