Reinsurance Operations AnalystAre you ready to take your career to the next level in the insurance industry? We are seeking a dedicated, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join a leading Global Insurance company!Reinsurance is one of those functions that only a few people really understand - and even fewer do well. We're looking for someone in that second category. This isn't just about processing claims. It's about making sure millions in recoveries move accurately and on time, keeping reinsurers, underwriters, claims handlers and finance all aligned. If you like detail, problem-solving, and having a tangible impact on the bottom line, this is the role for you.Your Role:
  • Manage the end-to-end reinsurance recovery process, verifying recoveries, issuing billing and fixing discrepancies.
  • Act as first point of contact for APAC claims recovery queries - supporting internal teams, reinsurers and brokers.
  • Keep process documentation current - RACIs, workflows, compliance records.
  • Resolve Treaty and Facultative transaction issues in partnership with Underwriting Ops and RI Ops.
  • Support large loss analysis, premium processing reviews, and UAT for new systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to make operations leaner and more robust.
What You'll Need:
  • Solid understanding of reinsurance (Treaty & FAC) and claims recovery processes.
  • Experience in reinsurance operations, claims processing, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills - able to manage complex data with accuracy.
  • Clear, confident communication skills to work across multiple teams.
  • If you've used Genius or Guidewire, even better.
Why Join? You'll be part of a global insurer with a Fortune 100 parent company, but with real local authority and decision-making power. That means exposure, autonomy, and career growth - not layers of bureaucracy. You'll also get:
  • Competitive salary + short-term incentive program
  • Generous parental leave and hospital excess reimbursement
  • Extra paid leave each year and a paid volunteer day
  • Employee Assistance Program for mental, physical and financial well-being
  • Training, qualifications support and development planning
  • Opportunities to travel and work with senior leaders across the region
  • Recognition through programs like Star Awards
Why This Matters:Every dollar recovered strengthens the business. Every process you improve makes the company faster, more compliant, and better to work with. If you want to do meaningful work in a high-performing team - this is it.Apply now or you can contact Jade Sherwood at jade.sherwood(@)aurec.com or on 02 8248 1808
