There is free parking on site and hybrid working on offer!Job DescriptionWe're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support operations across the NSW region. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all HR activities, supporting a diverse workforce under multiple enterprise agreements.Reporting & Data Management: Generate and interpret Workday reports, prepare graphs and analyse key HR metricsPayroll Liaison: Collaborate with the payroll team to support processing, salary increases and bonus calculationsEmployee Relations: Manage day-to-day ER tasks such as performance letters, scripting and supporting review processesGeneralist HR Support: Lead onboarding, offboarding and general HR administration including performance documentation and contractsContinuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and support HR project initiatives alongside business stakeholdersThe Successful ApplicantPrevious experience in a HR role is essential (minimum 12 months)HRIS experience and comfort working with data/reportingExcellent attention to detail and quality in documentationExperience supporting performance or employee relations processesWhat's on OfferSalary: $95,000 - $105,000 + superBonus: 10% Short-Term IncentiveWork Model: HybridScope: Full generalist remit with visibility across a high-performing NSW operationGrowth: Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and shape HR delivery locally
