The Clinical Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations across five simultaneous treatment rooms, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of patient care. The role involves mentoring dental assistants, maintaining strict sterilisation and safety protocols, and supporting a team of 4 dentists and 2 oral health therapists.Key Responsibilities:Manage clinic efficiency and resource utilisationSupervise, train, and motivate clinical support staffEnsure compliance with infection control and accreditation standardsWork closely with the General Manager and Principal Dentist to maintain operational excellenceThe Ideal Candidate:Holds a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting and a current radiation licenceHas experience in a fast-paced, multi-chair environmentDemonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsPresents professionally and brings energy, responsibility, and a solutions-focused mindsetIs eager to embrace digital dentistry and adapt quickly to changing needsWhy Consider This Role?
