You'll work side-by-side with the FOH Manager to run smooth, high-quality services and be trusted to take the reins when theyre not around. Experience in premium dining (fine dining or upscale brasserie-style no pubs or clubs)
You're hands-on, present, and lead by example not from behind a desk
