Join A&L Windows & Doors, part of the VENTORA Group, and support our builder clients in a fast-paced, hands-on role. You’ll be the key link between our operations and customers—on the phone, via email, and occasionally on-site.What You’ll Do

Schedule deliveries, services, and maintenance jobs
Process quotes and orders with accuracy
Respond to high volumes of emails and calls daily
Visit builder sites and offices to maintain strong relationships

What You’ll Bring

Confident, professional presentation and communication
Comfortable speaking with builders and supervisors
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Resilience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Willingness to learn and grow into a long-term career
SAP experience (a plus, not essential)
