Talenza are partnering with one of our key clients, a global Insurance organisation, in the search for a Business Analyst to work on a large scale HR/TA Transformation on an initial 12-month FTC.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst who has exposure to working on global Programs of work, dealing with a multitude of key stakeholders, in order to uplift their ways of working, providing uniformity and consistency across all regions in order to provide a first class customer experience.Hence, someone with a strong HR/TA or CX background would be strongly considered.Naturally, you will need a strong BA toolkit, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, as well as a proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn and develop.This is an initial 12-month FTC paying a total package of $170,000 inclusive of super.Please apply here if you come from a relevant background and you are looking for your next opportunity!
