- Manage and grow a portfolio of residential builder and reseller
- Develop account plans to increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with builders, resellers, and key decision-makers.
- Interpret financial and market data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Negotiate commercial outcomes that protect CSR's interests while delivering customer value.
- Effectively use CRM tools and sales reporting to track pipeline, performance, and forecasting.
- Partner with internal teams (specification, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Promote safe work practices, including driving and site engagement.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in account management, business development, or commercial sales.
- Experience in the building, construction, or manufacturing materials sector (highly regarded).
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage revenue budgets and deliver against growth targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong planning, time management, and reporting discipline.
