These critical foundations, along with our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) (2024-2026), and BA's Women & Girls Strategy will set our direction and represent how we will bring our mission to life.Commercial Partnerships CoordinatorAre you highly organised, people-focused, and love making things happen?Basketball Australia is looking for a Commercial Partnerships Coordinator, to play a key role in activating, delivering genuine value to our partners and driving the success of our commercial programs.In this dynamic and operational role you will be coordinating the administration requirements, keeping an eye on project deliverables of sponsorship servicing, coordinating logistics, and undertaking standard reporting, you'll keep everything running smoothly while building great connections across the sport.You will communicate effectively, efficiently and widely to make sure deliverables are on time, keeping all internal and external stakeholders up to speed and ensure your relationships thrive through a true customer focussed mindset.You will also be needed to play a face-to-face role with our partners at events, activating plans and providing professional and positive customer service.This is a full-time position, based at our Melbourne Office, State Basketball Centre, Wantirna South.What you'll do:Coordinate administration of commercial campaigns, activations, and collateral.Develop and implement project spreadsheet to ensure processes, and reporting are on track.Coordinate logistics, operational requirements and partner and BA collateral for events or activationsSupport event activations and activities as requiredSupport partner presentations, renewals, and fan engagement initiativesWhat we're looking for:A natural organiser with strong admin and multitasking skills.Great and confident communicator with a customer-first approach.Some experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or commercial operations (sport industry experience is a plus).Tech savvy, team-minded, and solutions-focused.Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys making an impact.This is your chance to contribute to Basketball Australia's Strategic Plan and help shape the future of the sport on the road to our 2040 Vision.Other important informationBA is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a values-led, diverse and inclusive workplace.
