  • Interpretation of Awards and application of data under review
  • Support the Payroll Manager during the fortnightly pay period with general enquiries, termination calculations, correction calculations and during payroll processing each fortnight to ensure accuracy
  • Support end of financial year processes
  • Assist with the rollout of new payroll processes and provide feedback on payroll system & HRIS best practice
  • Oversee system configurations
  • Support Big 4 consultancy with the extraction and interpretation of time & attendance data + data validation
  • Liaising with current and former employees around remediation activities
  • Processing remediation payments
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • A strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and software.
  • Experience managing end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve payroll discrepancies.
